    Description: A common myth when it comes to losing weight is completely cutting out dairy products from your diet such as milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. However, dairy is actual very beneficial to weight loss but it depends what kind of dairy you are drinking. Grass-fed dairy products are much healthier than factory-farming as far as both short-term and long-term results. Grass-fed dairy products are known to help a person reduce their weight and reduce potential diseases later on in life.
    Factory-farmed dairy products often contain hormones, antibiotics, and other containments such as artificial sweeteners or pesticides. Grass-fed whey supplements do not contain the same fat as dairy and can be a great way to lose weight and stay healthy in place of drinking milk.
